房間設施和酒店服務超級好，周邊自然環境也一級棒。另外超級感謝我的專門管家小陳，貼心的問我們行程安排，幫忙安排車接車送服務，預訂酒店用餐等等。雖然酒店有點貴，但值得擁有！

我們週一週二出行，人不多，酒店每一個工作人員服務都非常好，主要負責接待我們的是管家劉靚j，全程有任何需要、有任何不清楚的她都耐心幫我們解決，孩子很喜歡阿姨，我們玩得很開心。

Although the price seems high, the two-day stay was a good experience. The catering environment, sanitation and supporting services were great. The staff were very enthusiastic and the housekeeper Xiao Wang was very considerate. I will come again next time

入住體驗非常棒，設施不錯，戴森嬌蘭松下是標配，歡迎水果新鮮，早餐豐富，酒店工作人員的態度都很好，大半夜致電前台要物品也及時響應了，另外特別感謝管家小雷，告知了酒店各類事宜，還幫忙做了生日佈置，可惜這次時間比較趕，温泉恐龍園羊駝牧場這些都沒去，下次有機會再次入住

這次入住滿意度完全超出預期，首先管家陳天草以及餐廳員工提供了無微不至的服務，讓我們非常感動。酒店內部環境也很好，大的水景和竹林看着很舒服。尤其值得一提的是早餐真的好，無論品種和品質我們都相當滿意。

Hotel design philosophy: annotate traditional Oriental culture with modern design language. The hotel is designed by Dr. Cha Xiang from JSA Jishun Architectural Design Office in Singapore, and the interior design is led by Huang Quan, the chief designer of WJID Weiji Design. The designer combines the interior and exterior organically using natural materials and simple lines, with a unique style, luxury and fashion.
