Une expérience au top, le confort, la propreté, le service, l'accueil, l'emplacement. Vraiment, nous avons été enchantés par cet endroit. Une mention spéciale à l'équipe, tous adorables et serviables !!! Étant dans des conditions favorables, nous avons pu dès lors aller à la rencontre de la Toscane éblouissante de beauté, par son côté naturel, sa gastronomie, tout a été génial !

Piacevole soggiorno tra fine anno ed inizio anno, peccato solo per il tempo molto vento e sempre coperto. Per quanto riguarda la struttura abbiamo prenotato una tipologia di camera, ma al nostro arrivo veniamo informati di un cambio camera perché , avendo avvisato che avevamo un cane di taglia grande, ci hanno messo a disposizione una camera con un terrazzo al posto del balcone. Appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno, personale cortese e sempre a disposizione. Ottima anche la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e da un centro commerciale. Ci torneremo sicuramente per un'altra breve vacanza, sempre in compagnia del nostro amico peloso.

Suite con servizi essenziali, ottimo e confortevole il letto, migliorabile il set cucina e la pulizia. Cosa è apprezzato maggiormente la comodità del parcheggio interno, la piscina molto curata e la posizione ideale per passeggiate sul mare. Professionali e simpatici alla reception. Torneremo

Appartamento molto pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire, check-in in autonomia tutto automatizzato veramente comodo, zona tranquilla, staff gentilissimo. Lo consiglio per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi. D’estate è perfetto sia per la bella piscina che x la vicinanza al mare.ci tornerò di sicuro

Prestation basique correcte, endroit propre et staff sympa. Sommes restés 1 nuit à 4 et ne reviendrons plus car logement attribue au rdc, aucune vue. Le site est sans intérêt, 1 canapé lit et lit parent rabattable. On est venus attirés par les notes et l impression donnee par les photos mais il y a l envers du décors en tout cas pour notre logement loué au total 280 euros la nuit. Peut être il y a d autres logements mieux. La prestation n est pas nulle, c est propre et il y a un parking pratique. Simplement en vacances on cherchait la qualité pour se détendre et la c est raté pour nous en relativisant car durée très courte mais on peut trouvé mieux

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good interactions with them before & during visit. 2 bed Apartments were a decent size and could comfortably sleep 5 adults. However… I found it expensive for what it was (same price as a similar sized apartment in centre of Florence). The area is a little remote, although some nice restaurants nearby that the team helped us book. For a family with 2 young kids, the water in the apartment was unnecessarily hot, both my husband and I scolded ourselves several times when turning the taps on hot, thankfully not the kids. The pool was large but very deep, so kids kept to the small jacuzzi area. You’ll need to wear / buy swim caps if you have hair, which they sell at the reception. No pool towels so bring your own. You’ll need to empty bins & recycling before you leave or face a fine. Easy drive to Pisa / Pisa airport in under 40 mins.

The apartment we rented for 2weeks was sold as executive suite. With a full interrupted sea view. It wasn’t. There is 3 apartment blocks spoiling the sea view.Very spacious, very clean. Very big. The swimming pool brilliant very clean, lots of umbrellas & beds.The information pack was not very good. No information about using the local buses, or trains. Some of the recommendations for eating out, some restaurants closed down. The restaurants that are close by only serve fish, only open at 8pm.local supermarket very good, not open till 8.30am , shuts @ 3pm till 4pm, closes 8.30pm. If you need a taxi you cannot book one from the apartment, you have to walk to the next village. The local buses only run along the coastal road, 15mins walk from the apartment. If you do use the local buses don’t forget to buy tickets or you will get a fined without 1. 40eurs each. Buy from the Tabbaconists in Livorno.
