Abbiamo prenotato in questo b&b il 21/12/24 per un evento speciale,il compleanno della mia ragazza e per una serata speciale al Modigliani Forum indimenticabile....il b&b si trova proprio di fronte porta San Marco,Livorno anche a Piedi in 10/15/20 minuti si raggiungono sia il lungomare sia il "centro",il quartiere Venezia,dove qui ci sono molti ristoranti per tutte le tasche e dove si Mangia veramente bene..la nostra camera "Linda" pulita e spaziosa il giusto x due persone e anche il bagno spazioso e pulito..anche se si trova su una strada principale un po' trafficata però è ben insonorizzata..la cucina x la colazione è in comune dove qui poi scegliere marmellate, croissant,miele,Nutella e farti un caffè,tutto quanto serve per fare una colazione semplice ma comunque giusta,anche la cucina pulita e chiaramente va rilasciata pulita per i prossimi clienti..Il tutto gestito da Linda dove purtroppo la puoi solo sentire per telefono ma è come se fosse lì insieme a voi,ti guida in tutto passo passo,dal check-in al momento dei saluti,molto molto gentile e disponibilissima per qualsiasi chiarimento,risponde subito senza problemi...consiglio questo b&b per chi cerca una camera che sia per una notte o più e comoda per chi prende i traghetti..grazie Linda alla prossima

Non ci torno mai più a questo scorretto hotel
Bruttissima esperienza,al arriva ci hanno comunicato che hotel era pieno (nonostante avevamo pagato e la prenotazione era confermata) e ci avevano mandato al hotel Borghese sito al centro storico zona ZTL che il nostro amico per venire a prenderci era costretto a venire prima delle 6 (appuntamento era le 8)

Non loin des embarquements pour les ferries
Appartement très cosy et bien placé par rapport aux embarquements de ferry. Linda au téléphone est sympa et de plus parle couramment français ce qui est un plus

Ho preso questo alloggio da booking posso dirvi che ci tornerei.. Per la gentilezza della sign che mi ha spiegato tutti i passaggi per il check in .. Camera piccola ma c'è tutto bagno pulito e attrezzato colazione basica posto macchina facile da trovare per qualità prezzo ci tornerei.. Ottimo per chi arriva in nave e vuole appoggiarsi per poi ripartire

di passaggio per prendere il traghetto la mattina dopo...subito mi ha lasciato perplesso il fatto che la camera fosse fronte strada peraltro trafficata, ma mi devo ricredere, camera ben insonorizzata e confortevole...colazione buona ed esaustiva...da tenere in rubrica per tornare...grazie...

Chambre correcte sauf literie désagréable car grincement au moindre mouvement dans le lit... et chauffage quasi ou inexistant .

Rien à redire sur cette petite structure qui offre un super rapport qualité prix. La chambre est parfaitement propre et la literie excellente. La douche est spacieuse et agréable. Les gérants sont réactifs et disponibles. Le stationnement à proximité bénéficie de nombreuses options gratuites. Petit déjeuner de pain et viennoiseries à volonté, compris dans le prix. Proximité immédiate du port de Livourne. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans réserve.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ( per fortuna), pagando una quota in più per il cane e per la bambina perché dovevamo ricevere una brandina, che la signora non ci ha fatto trovare, camera non pulitissima e bagno con un odore forte di pipì, colazione per niente abbondante anzi ho trovato il latte aperto e non in frigo e qualche brioches. Diciamo che di tutto quello che avevo trovato scritto sulle recensioni io non ho visto nulla. Per noi la parola ACCOGLIENZA ha un altro significato. Eravamo già stati a Livorno in un'altro b&b, che questa volta purtroppo era impegnato, ma siamo stati trattati divinamente e con un prezzo molto inferiore, casa più grande e pulita e non mi hanno chiesto nessuna quota in più per il cane.
