The front desk staff was very polite and engaging. They made extra efforts to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and made sure my room was clean and well stocked

Upon arrival met a friendly raccoon in the parking lot. Front desk was rude, I was confused about some of the billing but didn't dare ask. At least there was no wait. Parking is free and the hotel is a challenge to access to with construction on M-14 nearby (not their fault, obviously) Room is a completely standard Hyatt Place room. We were on the first floor and the spotlight was directly outside the window, which gave the entire room a green haze all night. Had to use the blackout blinds, which I don't love to do (I like morning sunlight) but whatever. Strangely there were no 120V plugs anywhere near the bed and I had to crawl under to plug in my phone for the night. Hotel was quiet and clean. Slept well. Breakfast was free and decent for a Hyatt Place. Price was reasonable. If I had to pick I'd try to stay at the Ann Arbor Hyatt Place, which is way nicer but usually much more expensive.

Comfortable bed - clean room! Check in process was easy, as well as check out. I appreciated how clean it was upon my arrival.
