Was attending a conference in Novi. Made reservations for an ADA room with king bed well in advance. 24 hours before I confirmed the room and was assigned an ADA room on the 3rd floor. Upon arrival the front desk reassigned me to the 5th floor. Asked the young lady, she said you are not a Diamond member, we save king ADA rooms for them. You don’t like it go to another hotel. Knowing the area was sold out I had not choice but to stay in a none ADA queen room. Next morning got into the shower, there was no soap or shampoo in the bottles attached to the wall, no bar soap anywhere. On check out I asked for the manager, he was not there. Told the lady the issues. She said well you should have come to the front desk for soap! I have left three voice mails and four emails for Baba, the manager. No return calls or emails. Stay away from this place and book elsewhere. In reading the reviews I am not the only one with customer no service issues.

I love this location. I have been coming to this hotel for 2 years now for business and I have seen the improvement in their service. I had a welcome card and was offered free snacks . I was always asked to come at the desk to have towels but for my last 3 trips Towels was brought to my room when I requested extra.

I had a good experience at this hotel . I got recognized and offered snacks and I was informed about pool hours. Fitness center was clean, just missed few dumbbells and peloton was out.

Very clean hotel, As soon as I walked in I could smell the freshness . I booked here after a bad experience at the holiday day Inn next door. They also have a free breakfast
