An absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
Only 2 suggestions for improvement:
1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is.
2) Put a hairdryer in the room.

Definitely recommend, fantastic people and place
Kennedy got us set up with Safaris and river cruises for the three days we stayed, as well as a flight back to Lusaka. Also helped us find Cliff, who got us to and from our activities and town. He too was absolutely amazing. Caroline, Maggie, Naomi, Martha and the rest of the staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful. They made us feel like family. We will be back and miss them already.

Definitely recommend, fantastic people and place
The manager got us set up with Safaris and river cruises for the three days we stayed, as well as a flight back to Lusaka. Also helped us find a wonderful man, who got us to and from our activities and town. He too was absolutely amazing. The receptionist/assistant manager and the rest of the staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful.

We stayed two nights and loved our time at Ngomo Zanga. Every one of the staff - notably Kenny, Caroline, Destiny and Maggie - were super-friendly and genuinely cared about our experience. The breakfast was first rate - best Eggs Florentine I’ve ever had - and the dinner was good too, freshly prepared with care and attention to presentation and taste. The bed was extremely comfortable and the big shower brilliant. Great to have a room facing poolside and the outdoor space is lovely. The ambience is very African, very stylish and artistic, whilst also being homely. We were made to feel like family, with such efficient and personal service - it was exceptional. Thank you to you all - we hope to be back soon!
