The staff are very friendly and helpful. Insects are unavoidable but insect repellent provided are functioning. Breakfast included is nice as well.

The location is fantastic, and the views over the river make it a great place to dine or have a drink. This is not a luxury resort but some of the prices suggest it is. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant and Ricki at reception were world class, attentive and professional.

WiFi, breakfast, small room. By the Zambezi River, the restaurant has a good view and is cheap. There is an activity center where you can book various activities, and the bar broadcasts live football matches.

Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

We had a wonderful week at The Livingstone Waterfront with my two kids and their nanny. The staff were incredibly warm and treated us like family, our nanny even mentioned how different it felt compared to other places. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, offering a baby bathtub for my youngest and a free extra mattress for the nanny. Majesty, my older child, still talks about wanting to go back! The riverside setting is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the whole place felt peaceful and family-friendly. We truly felt at home and would happily return.
