The accommodation was fair. Located in a convenient and easily accessible location. Catering was good except for breakfast which was very limited.
This is a touristy area so the nightclub music is very loud until early hours of the morning even In the week.
The property does not have a generator so there is only WiFi access for 6 hours a day. Zambia is currently going through severe power outages, with 6 hours electricity every 18 hours.

You get what you pay for. mosquitos on property and in room. No tea device in room provided has advertised. Pizza was ok for zambia, but not Italy. Property has potential and needs updating. The staff was good,

Truly awful; virtually no food or drinks in stock. Gives the appearance of closing down. We left without ordering as so few things were available. A shame, because in previous years it was a pleasant little Italian restaurant. But things change.

La stanza dove ho alloggiato era relativamente buia anche a causa della saltuaria erogazione dell' energia elettrica pur essendo fornito, il b&b, di gruppo elettrogeno. In bagno ho trovato un solo asciugamano, una saponetta e nessun shampoo. Assente anche il phon. Il ventilatore a soffitto, quando è in funzione, sferraglia con scarsi risultati. La camera è molto calda. C'è un bollitore ma manca acqua, tè, caffè e zucchero. Una lampadina dell' applique accanto al letto non arde. La porta d'ingresso è così adesa al pavimento che che si riesce ad aprirla e chiuderla con notevole difficoltà. La porta del bagno non si chiude per nulla.

Location is good as it is near the bus terminal and you can walk around within the area where you can find restaurants, shops and supermarkets Mosquito coils should be lighted to get rid of the insects especially in the dinning area.. Breakfast is so so especially the continental.

Excellent value for the price, while also helping a nonprofit. Well-appointed, spacious rooms. Delicious full English breakfast included. Delicious pizza and other food available for purchase for lunch and dinner. Staff are enjoyable and helpful.

I was here a week. we slept in the rooms and ate in the restaurant. The experience was very positive: Not only does this restaurant offer excellent tagliatelle with meat sauce, ravioli and crispy pizzas, but it gives the tourist the opportunity to contribute to the financing of a vocational school for vulnerable young people in Livingstone. The school and restaurant belong to the Diocese of Livingstone. The rooms are spacious and thatched. Air conditioning is not necessary because the height and roof ensure protection and freshness and ventilation even on the hottest days. Inside, vocational school products are on sale. There is order and cleanliness.
