Hello, there were too many problems with the Oriental Swan Hotel we stayed at, so we complained: 1) The hotel was too old and the air conditioning hardly worked. Other guests complained that the air conditioning was too loud that day; 2) The WiFi was too bad. Later, the boss gave us a private Wi-Fi, but we couldn't use it at all because we were far away; 3) They didn't have a backup power supply. There was a power outage in the middle of the night and it wasn't until the next morning that we had electricity. We had to go to the bathroom and take a shower in the dark; 4) There was no hot water, the water was too cold, and my family caught a cold; 5) There were no disposable slippers, and the slippers they gave were very dirty and old. This hotel is terrible
