We arrived in a really distressed state from a refused border entry at Botswana. Ireen and the front office staff acted swiftly, calming us down and finding us too rooms immediately. Clean, big, good air con. Fridge, good bathroom and tv. Good pool. Snacks and bar available in pool area, reasonably priced.Raymond in the bar was super efficient and helpful.

This hotel was our saviour after 36 hours of travelling. We were rejected entering Botswana so needed a night to stay in Livingstone while we sorted paperwork. We were tired and feral literally arriving without notice and enquiring on 2 rooms. Cannot commend Ireen at reception enough who was so calm and helpful in our stressed out crazy. The value of this hotel is excellent and includes a very good buffet breakfast. We decompressed by the pool and had amazing service from Raymond who also helped us again with Ireen on checkout. The rooms were absolutely fine. Pool and food brilliant. But the staff make this hotel and I commend their kindness joy and professionalism. Thank you for being there for us team!

This beautiful hotel boasts professional and accommodating staff, but critical failures marred my visit. The airport pickup, explicitly arranged beforehand, never arrived, causing immediate frustration. Beware the rooms: despite being spacious and clean, mine had major flaws: * An unbearably uncomfortable spring mattress. Staff dishonestly claimed it was changed when it wasn't, leaving me to manage with extra bedding. * Dead sockets by the bed forced inconvenient charging across the room. The heavy focus of reviews on the restaurant, not rooms, now makes sense. Sadly, these persistent room issues completely undermined an otherwise positive stay and fall far short of expectations.

This is an inexpensive hotel near Victoria Falls, compared to a lot of the hotels in the area. The staff was very customer friendly and helpful. They always treated you with respect and kindness. The rooms were very clean as was the hotel and property.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel où règne calme et sérénité. Le personnel est extrêmement charmant et attentionné. Les chambres sont d'une grande propreté et sont neuves. Les différents lieux (piscine, restaurant, salon d'été...) sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner buffet est royal. Et à notre grande surprise les prix du bar et du restaurant sont très abordable. Seul bémol, la présence des moustiques (pas dans les chambres) et le passage du train juste dernière l'hôtel qui peut faire un peu de bruit.

On the night of arrival . The hotel was serving a buffet with limited options. They did not even allow ordering from the menu despite their restricted buffet options. The following day, during breakfast , there was poor service . Not enough utensils like the cereal section without bowls. The cooking station had one person on eggs and bacon and it was hard for the person to navigate both ends. Took close to 20-30min just to have bacon. I think their restaurant service could be better. Checkin was smooth.
