The room is "tired", but it has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe. Of the toiletries, however, there is only soap. The hotel staff are friendly. We had an unusual situation: we did not have local currency, and the hotel did not have an exchange office, dollars and euros were not accepted. The staff offered to feed us dinner on credit, but this was unacceptable for us, so we dined on the remains of breakfast. Then the next evening, apparently deciding that guests can lose weight from hunger, they gave us dinner. Thank you for the unexpected service! The portions are large, the food is delicious.

Awesome place. Very attentive staff. Free transfer from the border. Tasty Indian food in the restaurant. The only bad point was WiFi which was problematic.

Disappointing Experience – Worst T-Bone Steak I’ve Ever Had I came in expecting a good dinner, but unfortunately, I was served the worst T-bone steak I’ve ever had. Even the waitress acknowledged the poor quality, which says a lot. The cut of meat was substandard and poorly cooked, and it was clear that the chef was not familiar with selecting or preparing quality steak. The accompanying sauces were also disappointing and in need of serious improvement. Additionally, the service team would greatly benefit from proper hospitality training. Overall, a very underwhelming experience.

The property is classic and being welcomed by Allan was a great experience and his hospitality alongside Butemwe was very gracious!
The front desk staff “Mwichee” and others were very helpful during my stay and the driver to and from the airport was helpful too! Overall great stay and friendly staff all around!
