酒店服務幾乎為0，前台胖女生態度惡劣，在退房的時候扣了我們75刀，詢問原因是把房間弄亂了。？？？我們在退房的時候沒有損壞房間內的任何一項設施，但是確實有三個pizza盒在那裡，其餘的並無別的任何不妥當的地方，而且我們查看了酒店的政策，並沒有任何部分有説明不能在房間內遺留垃圾。況且給酒店付款service fee本來就是為了清潔打掃的部分，我們多次試圖與酒店溝通，但前台女生態度極其不禮貌，每次在我們話沒説完的時候就直接掛斷我們的電話。
