The hotel service is almost zero. The fat girl at the front desk has a bad attitude. She deducted $75 from us when we checked out and asked why because we messed up the room. ? ? ? We didn't damage anything in the room when we checked out, but there were 3 pizza boxes in there, nothing else was out of place, and we checked the hotel policy and there was nothing that said not to leave trash in the room. Besides, the service fee paid to the hotel is for the cleaning service. We tried to communicate with the hotel many times, but the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and she hung up on us every time before we finished speaking.

I stayed one night at the Econolodge in Livingston, Montana, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The linens smelled awful — like something rotten — and there was a cigarette burn hole in the blanket. The air conditioner was so loud it made it impossible to sleep, and to make matters worse, the smoke detector had no battery in it — a serious safety violation. There was no manager on duty, and the front desk clerk could only tell me to contact the manager the next day. They had no alternative rooms available, so I was stuck in the same unacceptable conditions. When I spoke to the manager the following day, they offered just $20 off a bill of around $230 — for a night with smelly bedding, unsafe conditions, and no sleep. That’s completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. For the price, you deserve a clean, safe, and quiet room — this place failed on all counts.

It’s an older building that has been kept nice. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever had. The room and facilities were clean and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast choices, rooms redone nicely and clean, beds very comfy, kinda loud, outside looked unsafe and run down area, but the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Rooms nic ehowever hallways and stairways very dirty.
