Clean room. Instead of 2 full sized shower towels, only 1 was provided with extra mid sized towels. Laundry was a hit and miss. Only washer was working and dryer was out of order. Breakfast was sustainable with coffee and waffle. The juice machine was out of order. Most important of all, the service counter staff was accommodating and service oriented.

Front desk person was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. This individual should not be in a customer service position dealing with customers. While the property itself is basic. I saw many reviews regarding the same issues I experienced. Rude front desk person, Breakfast hours posted for 0600-0900. Didn’t open until after 0730am. And was terrible consisted only of dry cereal and milk and waffles. None of which can I have for dietary reasons Had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, no coffee maker in room and hair dryer broken Several items out of service or broken (ice machine, hair dryer, vending machine ). Unable to reach anyone in the morning at the hotel for almost 2 hours even though at least 10 calls were placed to the number posted at the front desk You can do so much better in the area.

This place was a debacle. No TV, no ice, dirty floors, 1 trash can, lock on window was plastic, torn screen, buttons on AC were worn and unreadable, rude and condescending clerk, room smelled of sewage. Beds were supposed to be queen but were double.

The customer service at the desk was excellent,well explained and clear guidance.Rooms were clean,with nice beddings n set up.But one of the beds was so noisy and breakfast time is a bit late for early Everything else was super nice we enjoyed.
