Vreselijk, schimmel, vochtig beddegoed, vuil (en we hadden al een nieuwe kamer gekregen omdat de eerste te vuil was) badkuip vuil - handdoeken drogen niet omdat het zo vochtig in gans hotel is; lift niet genomen (certificaten in kantoor hangt omhoog) lijkt mij eerder een waarschuwing

El hotel huele mal los baños sucias y no tienen Cortina en el shower las carpetas sucias manchadas y huelen mal y al momento de llegar al hotel con mi número de reservacion apesar de estar mi nombre en la reservacion no me dejaban pasar porque la persona que pago necesitaba estar ahí presente y eso no se podia ya que ella estaba fuera de texas la reservacion se hiso por una emergencia y por ser fin de semana no había muchos hoteles disponibles por eso no tenia opción de escojer otro hotel 🤢🤢

I've stayed at this LQ 3 times over the past 12 years. First time it was 2 years old, everything was great. Great room, wonderful breakfast! Last time it was being remodeled, still had a great stay. I reserved this room 2 months ago because of previous experiences. Disappointed! Put me on the 3rd floor! Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel apparently. Found it on check in, not so on check out. Room not cool at check-in, shower ran out of hot water. Still has old, worn out fixtures, no USB ports. Breakfast was not as good as in the past. Food was lukewarm at best, coffee pots were only half full. The stay was ok, clean bed and pillows, I expected better!

Filthy! Roaches, used bar soap in shower, rusted tub, dust everywhere, old worn furniture, empty tissue box, teeth floss on floor, dust on ice bucket and coffee maker. Room looks like it sat empty for months. Very dirty, nasty, gross! Sleep in you car!

Location is very old and run down. Odor as soon as you walk in. So many things broken. Broken tile floor in elevator. Carpet is nasty. Outside isn't kept up either. Tub was very slippery. No rails in the tub to help. The worse location I have ever stayed at.

This is an old, out of date property. The carpeting throughout is old and needs to be replaced. Our bathtub was rusted and the plug did not work. While showering, the water did not drain properly and I had to stand in an inch of watering while showering. The air conditioner did not work properly. We were warm all evening and it finally cooled down during the night . The plug behind the night stand is pulled out of the wall and looks unsafe. One positive is that the beds were comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel and I won’t stay here again

Leaves a lot to be desired.
I booked this room for my Mom's visit. It took a long time to check, no one was at the front when we came to check in. The tv didnt work and the walls are paper thin. At check out, no one was at the front desk again and I had to go find the person again. I won't book with them again.
