The room was clean and welcoming. It was quite the night was restful. We were in an 18 wheeler the parking was not ample. We were still able to park and get out in the Morning

I travel extensive for business and I apalled by the state of this hotel. I am a Diamond status member and can not get a clean room. Current room I’ve had bugs on walls and dirty sheets for three days now. First time I mentioned it they took the information down and said I apologize we will get right on it. Come back after a days work and nothing was done, was informed sorry they must’ve cleaned the wrong room. Here we are three days later and nothing. This solidifies I will be taking my business to Marriott properties from here on out!

The Hotel page at Hilton states “relaxing outdoor pool.” When we arrived, after a long day on the road, and looking forward the pool with our daughter, we found the pool literally full of rocks with heavy equipment on it. I asked the front desk worker what was going on and she said “oh, we are undergoing renovations.” The fact that the pool is closed indefinitely should be posted on the website, as many families choose where to stay this time of year based on the availability of a pool...we are one of them. Parents who coax your children into a road trip with the promise of a pool be warned. It was too late to make alternate arrangements for lodging or we would have. The room is an average Hampton room (which is good) and beds were comfy. The front desk was fine and the breakfast was ok.

Excellent hotel to stay at
I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I switched my mother from La Quinta to here because of their deplorable service and room condition. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The room was immaculate and so comfortable. I will always put my family here when they're in town.

The Staff was exceptional. The deck provided a perfect place to gather in the evenings, listen to music and Ample space to dance.

There were concerns when I signed in.
