Stayed for one night, booked late, arrived minutes after booking with no problems. Great room, fab nights sleep after a LOOOONG day of travel and work. The room had been refurbed and was clean and fresh. Bathroom new, fresh & clean. Shower was above average.

Another fantastic stay Kay the manager was as welcoming as usual the staff are so accomindating nothing is a problem and always with a smile the reception staff are brilliant I think Kay has a fsntastic team The rooms are so clean and a gteat atea to be in just 5 mins walk to the centre fantastic restruants also Kay does inform you at check in if you want a delivery they will come to hotel

Nice place excellent service, very helpful and plenty places around walking distance if you don’t drive to grab food. Highly recommend , very friendly people who don’t mind helping you out. I will definitely be visiting here again at some point and will definitely be coming back to this hotel

Asked to be checked in earlier than usual due to us arriving in area sooner than expected - spoke to Kay and she was very helpful in booking us in. The room was very clean and spacious. Only negative things I could point out was the coffee machine (having never used one before) had no instructions and the mugs supplied wouldn’t even fit in the area to fill the cup !! There was no other tea and coffee options available (only galaxy hot chocolate) - so disappointed with that. Not impressed with breakfast to go option (carton of juice, pain au chocolat, flapjack, carton of milk and disposable pot of cornflakes) which was an extra £11. And last thing but more of a personal preference was the pillows - too hard for me although the bed was super comfy

The best sleep I have had in a long time pillow was amazing. The staff I think was the manager a woman I didn’t get her name but she went over & above for me. Because I was going to a wedding she managed to let me book in early, and I said I had a sleep machine she went & got me an extension & left it in my room, she took the time to have a conversation with me. Thank you so much x

Kay was super friendly and absolutely amazing, super easy check in with great information for a first time travelodge user on the doors locking times and how to get in as well as the room top ups and how that works. Also amazing directions and suggestions on where to go during our visit.

Absolutely amazing staff can’t thank them enough for all the support they provided to me when I stay with my two dogs, nothing was to much trouble for them I was actually sad to leave, thank you guys for everything you did for me. Lorraine Mcmillan x

On arriving at the hotel Kay on reception was very helpful and as we didn’t know the area her knowledge of where to go and see was awesome. Would highly recommend staying here, the room was very clean and spacious and ready on time. We will definitely be back.

Hotel is like every other travel lodge apart from Kay who checked us in. Shining start 😜. Food location for Livingston outlet mall and Toni macaroni downstairs is an absolute bonus. Car park is a decent size easy to find hotel off the motorway.
