Overall Experience:
This hotel offers exceptionally thoughtful service. Every staff member, from the front desk to those in the restaurant and bar, is incredibly patient and attentive. A highlight was when we got lost in Livingston at night due to unfamiliarity with the area. The front desk staff went above and beyond by driving to the bus stop to pick us up—we were truly touched by their kindness!
Areas for Improvement:
The main drawback is the hotel’s location, which isn’t easy to find. While driving makes access much simpler, the nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, requiring a route through a bridge tunnel (avoiding the main road). This makes transportation less convenient for non-drivers.
Despite the location challenge, the outstanding service makes this hotel worth considering for those seeking warmth and hospitality.

The hotel is quite old, the carpeted floor creaks when you step on it, and the room is just so-so. The breakfast is neither good nor bad, like the average hotel, no surprises. But the fireplace in the lobby is really burning charcoal, which is in line with the style of the whole hotel. The row of cherry blossom trees in front of the hotel is eye-catching, and the petals scatter when the wind blows, which is also a unique scene. The cherry blossoms in other places are all one by one, but here you can see a row of them. In addition, it is very close to the highway, which is very convenient to go out.
