Prima volta in qs albergo ma ritornerò, sopratutto se sceglierò di stare nella stessa valle! Che dire? Hotel molto bello tenuto benissimo nonostante non sia nuovo, personale fantastico (tutto e in tutti i reparti, dalla reception alla sala ristorante, al personale di pulizia...),pieno di intrattenimenti, dall'area wellness al piano bar serale o al pub adiacente. Le camere sono comode con grandi armadi e con una vista dal terrazzino della propria camera, meravigliosa. Il mangiare è stratosferico, abbondantissimo, soprattutto nel buffet mattutino e serale), tutto buono anche i pasti serviti al tavolo, camerieri attenti alle tue esigenze... In più, l'hotel è posizionato in posizione centrale di piccolo ma bellissimo e pittoresco, paesino di montagna. Ci tornerei e probabilmente ritornerò. Unica pecca, ma è solo un suggerimento, nn una critica, sarebbe meglio dotare le stanze di frigo e magari aria condizionata, con il rialzo delle temperature di qs anni, serve. Comunque, andateci e vi troverete divinamente.

È il secondo anno di fila che scegliamo di trascorrere le nostre ferie estive in questa struttura, in 8 anni non abbiamo mai deciso di ripetere alcuna esperienza, non perché ci fossimo trovati male ovunque, ma per la volontà di cambiare: ecco, dopo l'anno scorso non abbiamo avuto dubbi sul ripetere l'esperienza. La posizione è a ridosso della strada principale del paese, quindi si riposa bene ma si ha tutto a portata di mano raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre ci sono diverse funivie per raggiungere più posti e la fermata dei bus lì sotto. Abbiamo provato sia la camera l'anno scorso, sia l'appartamento quest'anno: tutto comodo, dal letto alla cucina, ai balconcini con una bella vista montagna, alla comodità dello stendino in appartamento. Pulizia impeccabile, gentilissima la signora che ha rassettato ogni giorno con i nostri 2 gatti in appartamento, lasciando sempre pulito e loro tranquilli. Alla reception tutti gentili e disponibili, in sala per la colazione e la cena altrettanto: ringraziamo particolarmente Aurora e Pietro, sempre gentili, professionali, disponibili, e lo chef per le "variazioni" sul menù (che avevo richiesto in anticipo, essendo vegana). Infine, l'area benessere ben tenuta, organizzata e pulita. Se decideremo di tornare in zona, non avremo dubbi su dove pernottare.

Scelto questo hotel dalle recensioni anche per il senza glutine e confermo! Hotel pulito, camera spaziosa e confortevole. Personale gentile. Cibo abbondante e per tutti. Sono celiaca e devo dire che, anche se non sono certificati aic, sono preparati. Per la colazione abbiamo prodotti confezionati della Nutre free e Schar, marmellate, Nutella e anche cappuccino senza lattosio. Per la cena, buffet molto vario e abbondante, idem per primi e secondi. La struttura dispone anche di sauna, bagno turco e piscina. Massaggi a pagamento. Unica nota “ acqua della piscina un po’ freddina”. Consigliato!

An excellent hotel. With fabulous views from the room which, although was a single room, it was plenty big enough. The option that I chose of half board was a massive plus. Also as a motorcyclist, it turned out that the underground parking was included 👍🏍. In all highly recommend.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché le recensioni erano tutte buone, in primis l'accoglienza professionale di tutti, il ristorante poi, pezzo forte del servizio, a mio avviso 4 ****Superior e quando un pugliese come noi trova tra il buffet degli antipasti burratine o cozze ripiene ..🔝🔝🔝 Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Non ho fatto in tempo a fare foto perché le avevo già divorate...

Wir wollten für Sylvester 2024/2025 mehrere Zimmer für vier Familien und erwachsene Kinder buchen und haben darum gebeten, das Angebot für 8 Doppelzimmer (!) bis zum nächsten Wochenende reservieren zu können. Dem wurde zugestimmt. Am Sonntag des darauf folgenden Wochenendes haben wir 7 Zimmer fest buchen wollen und für weitere Zimmer angefragt. Am Montag erhielten wir die Antwort, dass die Zimmer anderweitig vergeben wurden, da wir uns nicht bis Sonntag morgen gemeldet hatten. Eine Rückmeldung bis Sonntag morgen war nicht besprochen und Herr Becker hatte meine Kontaktdaten. Er hätte jederzeit mit uns Kontakt aufnehemn können, bevor er die Zimmer andere Gäste gibt. Wir hatten großen Aufwand, mit den betreffenden Familien und den erwachsenen Kindern, Reisedaten, Anzahl Teilnehmer und Zimmeranzahl abzustimmen - und dann wurden die Zimmer trotz anderer Zusage an andere Gäset vergeben. Das ist mir so noch nie passeirt und ich würde allen abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen

Hotel ottimo in posizione strategica. Arrivo e partenza sci ai piedi vs comprensorio sellaronda. Personale super gentile, pulito, spa ben organizzata, piscina coperta. Aree di gioco per bambibi, pub, pianobar e riatorante tutti ottimi. Secondo anno per noi... speriamo poter tornare..top
