Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato due notti durante le vacanze di Pasqua. E' stata un'esperienza più che positiva. L'hotel è vicino al centro e a due passi dalle piste, il personale è cortese e disponibile e la camera essenziale ma funzionale e confortevole. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di mezza pensione e sia la cena sia la colazione erano ottime, abbondanti e varie. Abbiamo anche trascorso un pomeriggio nel centro benessere dell'hotel, un po' piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi comodamente (sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio, doccia profumata e piccola area relax). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, dovessimo tornare a Livigno sappiamo dove alloggiare!

Abbiamo alloggiato, io e mia moglie, all'hotel Primula, posto delizioso, personale disponibilissimo e premuroso, cibo ottimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente, sia in estate o fine primavera, per poi ritornare a dicembre all'apertura degli impianti sciistici. Hotel CONSIGLIATO.

Abbiamo soggiornato all' Hotel Primula- Livigno dal 11/1/25 al 18/1/25 con un gruppo di amici e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Hotel molto buono, colazione e cena ottima e varia. Personale eccellente. Volevo ringraziare il Direttore Vincenzo, persona sempre attenda e disponibile per i clienti, tutto il personale di sala, dalla grande Simona, Mattia e tutti. Grazie

My daughter recently stayed at Hotel Primula with her school, and unfortunately, she left her Apple AirPods in the room when she checked out. Despite calling the hotel multiple times to recover them, the management was completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting in locating the lost item, they suspiciously asked for her Apple ID and password—something no reputable hotel would ever request. It became clear that someone within the hotel staff had taken them, and management showed no willingness to investigate or resolve the issue. Their lack of concern and unprofessionalism is deeply concerning. Guests should be aware that personal belongings left behind are not safe in this hotel, and worse, the staff may be responsible for theft. I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay here—if something goes missing, don’t expect any help from management. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.
