My daughter recently stayed at Hotel Primula with her school, and unfortunately, she left her Apple AirPods in the room when she checked out. Despite calling the hotel multiple times to recover them, the management was completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting in locating the lost item, they suspiciously asked for her Apple ID and password—something no reputable hotel would ever request. It became clear that someone within the hotel staff had taken them, and management showed no willingness to investigate or resolve the issue. Their lack of concern and unprofessionalism is deeply concerning. Guests should be aware that personal belongings left behind are not safe in this hotel, and worse, the staff may be responsible for theft. I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay here—if something goes missing, don’t expect any help from management. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.
