This is my second time I stayed and I love the rhythm, vibe and family feel of the hotel. Always made to feel welcome and at home. Maura genuinely cared that I was having a good day EVERY day and I appreciated that. Food is excellent quality and great value for money. Would not stay anywhere else in Livigno - I introduced my daughter and her boyfriend this year and they loved it too.

Wir hatten die Suite. Diese ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Due Badewanne im Schlafzimmer ist ein grosses Highlite. Die Chefin und das Personal vom Hotel sins ausserordentlich zuforkommend. Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfälltig und mehr als ausreichend. Das Abendessen wurde immer mit sehr viel Liebe gekocht. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder

Abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel cristallo una settimana. Per noi era la prima volta a Livigno.La struttura si trova in pieno centro immediatamente fuori dalla zona ztl , quindi se vuoi dimenticarti la macchina, puoi .. arrivi parcheggi nel garage dell’hotel gratuito e la riprendi per la partenza . Per spostarsi e raggiungere anche tutti gli impianti di Livigno puoi prendere gli autobus( la fermata si trova proprio sotto l’entrata della struttura).Maura ci ha fatto sentire a casa , e’ riuscita a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze con i suoi modi gentili e da vera padrona di casa . La colazione e la cena top con tutti prodotti locali e di qualità. Inoltre da poco hanno aperto anche il centro benessere, intimo ma non manca nulla( percorso kneipp, sauna bagno turco, sauna ,doccia emozionali , jacuzzi, stanza sensoriale e zona relax )una vera chicca. Se si vuole staccare e non pensare a nulla l’hotel cristallo è la scelta giusta. Ci vediamo l’anno prossimo .

We had a great week at Hotel Cristallo (two families / four rooms). The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is awesome. The wellness area is the best we have tried yet. The staff is also very nice. We departed early in the morning (due to the tunnel opening hours) so they offered to make us lunch packs. We hope to visit Hotel Cristallo again 😊

Sono diversi anni che soggiorno in questo hotel, e devo dire che non mi ha mai deluso. Mi piace tutto, il cibo, le camere, il ristorante molto intimo, la posizione vicinissima alla via dello shopping, ma soprattutto mi piace il fatto di sentirmi come se fossi a casa. Bravi!

Hotel perfetto! Perfetta l'accoglienza, perfetto il personale, perfetta la posizione, perfetta la cucina. L'unica cosa che gli manca(va) è la sua spa, che però è stata inaugurata il giorno della nostra partenza (ahimè!). Non vedo l'ora di tornare per provarla
