We stayed in this hotel for about a week and were amazed by its fantastic hospitality. This hotel is located in the center of Livigno, which makes it a great location if you don't want to spend a lot of time getting your very first lift during the winter when you are snowboarding or skiing. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful and outgoing person always ready to help if needed. The hotel has a spacious room to dry the equipment (skis, snowboards, etc.) and it was very convenient to leave our stuff there for the next day. It is also worth mentioning that breakfast has all the necessary food you need and we had freshly squeezed orange juice daily. On the last day of our stay, we had to leave very early in the morning (around 4:30 AM) and the owner packed our breakfast and gave it to us which was so unexpected and so polite from his side, that it deeply touched us. Thank you so much! Overall, this place is highly recommended for staying, we definitely want to come back!

Sono stato 1 notte il 30 agosto. Il signore alla reception scorbuto purtroppo siamo arrivati alle 13 e stava pranzando e quindi lo abbiamo disturbato. Hotel vecchio avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione camere piccole . Abbiamo pagato una matrimoniale 100 euro non è un prezzo di un due stelle senza ascensore. Colazione minimalista ho chiesto se si poteva avere una frittata o omelette e mi è stato risposto ci sono le uova sode . L’affettato eta finito , e’ stato riproposto solo prosciutto cotto di bassa qualità niente formaggio. Ci sono però cose positive, E’ praticamente nella via dietro il centro, parcheggio qualche posto dietro Hotel, davanti non si può parcheggiare i posti sono riservati al negozio che presumo sia di loro proprietà altrimenti ti danno una tessera d vai a parcheggiare ad un sotterraneo a 250 mt .

Hotel molto brutto colazione inesistente con cibo che resta lì per settimane fino a quando uno non lo consuma. Donne delle pulizie fastidio dal Lunedì alla domenica ti entrano in camera alle 07:30 rompendo le scatole. Titolare inesistente. Tutto molto pessimo.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,struttura comoda a tutto!!! Purtroppo siamo dovuti andare via prima del previsto per motivi di salute…..però il titolare ha gestito molto bene la situazione. Appena avremo la possibilità di tornare a Livigno sicuramente torneremo alla Baita della Luna!!!!

Purtroppo io e il mio ragazzo non ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo albergo. In camera c’era puzza di fumo nonostante fosse vietato fumare all’interno. In più, siamo stati svegliati la mattina molto presto dal rumore delle tubature, sembrava ci fosse una cascata da parte alla nostra camera. Colazione con il minimo indispensabile. Punto positivo: la vicinanza al centro di Livigno.

Questo hotel è stato una bella scoperta! La posizione è eccezionale perché sei comodamente nel centro e ha anche il suo parcheggio poco più in là (cosa da non sottovalutare). Il gestore è simpaticissimo, disponibile e cordiale, la colazione ottima e ha una scelta molto varia (abbiamo soggiornato in hotel più costosi a Livigno e offrivano meno di così), le stanze semplici ma hanno tutto ciò che serve, non ci è mancato nulla e abbiamo pagato meno che da qualunque altro hotel anche meno centrale. È vero, l’arredamento è un po’ datato e si sentono molto i rumori, ma almeno per noi è stato un dettaglio insignificante. Non capisco chi ha fatto pessima recensione, cosa si pretende da un 2 stelle, chi vuole la stanza superlusso che scelga un 5 stelle e verrà accontentato! Secondo me anzi 2 stelle sono anche poche, abbiamo soggiornato a Livigno in hotel/baite anche più scomode e con meno servizi pagando molto di più. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente gli anni prossimi!

È un albergo da poche pretese. Le porte e l'arredo sono un po' datati, avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma è pulitissimo. Il personale molto cordiale e nella colazione non manca nulla con prodotti del territorio e buoni. La posizione è un punto di forza....di fronte alla funivia del Mottolino ed a 200mt dal centro. Sicuramente ci torneremo
