Ottimo hotel di montagna per trascorrere le vacanze. L’hotel è posizionato vicino agli impianti di risalita del carosello 3000, un po’ più distante dagli impianti del Mottolino. Il centro di Livigno, con negozi e attrazioni è raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. L’accoglienza alla reception è molto cordiale e professionale e la direzione è molto attenta a coccolare i clienti: ogni giorno infatti abbiamo trovato un pensiero in stanza (cioccolata, burro cacao, miele, succhi di frutta). Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per il weekend lungo di Pasqua e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Le camere sono confortevoli e molto pulite (unico peccato, il check-out alle 10:00). Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, ci è stato offerto un calice di vino come "welcome drink", una piccola colomba artigianale e due bottigliette d'acqua al momento del check-out, per il viaggio di ritorno. Che servizio! La posizione dell’hotel è strategica, ben servita da negozi, ristoranti e bar, e comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e le principali attrazioni. La SPA è piccola ma carina e non affollata. La colazione: fantastica! Varia, abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Davvero SUPER! Consigliatissimo.

Ho soggiornato nei giorni scorsi in questo hotel ubicato in zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere l’isola pedonale. Accoglienza gentile e scrupolosa nel dare le informazioni; camera piccola ma calda e pulita, dotata di grande balcone e di bagno finestrato. Scegliendo la mezza pensione abbiamo apprezzato la cucina locale e la vera chicca e’ proprio qui: non esiste un menù fisso da scegliere la mattina ma è data a tutti la possibilità di scegliere al momento dal menu del ristorante sito in hotel (ma in area separata sempre della stessa proprietà). Ho apprezzato la cucina varia e di qualità, sempre accompagnata a fine pasto da limoncello offerto dai camerieri. Ottima la colazione, ricchissima e varia; da menzionare anche gli eventi gratuiti serali di degustazione vini e grappe presentati durante il nostro breve soggiorno, nonché i piccoli e graditi omaggi lasciatici in camera ogni mattina e una borsina con alcuni prodotti locali alla partenza. Piccola area benessere con sauna e due vasche idromassaggio. Raccomando senz’altro l'Hotel Galli a Livigno, via Saroch.

Servizio di sala ottimo e cordiale . Reception puntuale e competente . Pulizia impeccabile e vista mozzafiato . Materassi comodissimi . Colazione eccellente, solo per quella vale la soggiornarci. Prezzi congrui alla stagione in cui si va.
