Terrible Bathroom
Terrible experience. The bathroom was disgusting. The property never responded or offered to change accommodations.
The shower is full of mold and in terrible conditions.

This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes and pans but if you rent here make such you bring all basic kitchen and bath items ( salt /pepper, paper towels, condiments, sponge, hand soap and shampoo because they provide no extras. You get one roll of toilet paper ( no extra found) so you may want to bring it. Also check out time was 9:30! You have to go downtown to a business to get keys. It does have parking. There is a laundry and market very close.

Residence preso a settembre 2024 con mia moglie , monolocale. Prezzo onesto, appartamento piccolo con balcone , parcheggio auto, davanti alla latteria linea d'aria, in fondo a Livigno . Letto un po' scomodo , matrimoniale ma diviso in due, cucina a vista dal letto, bagno senza finestra bidet troppo vicino alla doccia ( non passa la gamba). Chiavi a inizio e fine soggiorno da lasciare sul tavolo ( quindi porta aperta), scale senza ascensore, pulito nulla da dire. Unica pecca acqua calda poca, tiepida,chiamato mi hanno detto risolto con tecnico, problema che già sapevano da altri clienti. Non cambiato nulla, fare la doccia era un impresa da temerari. Checkin da fare in altra sede in centro. TV che si vede malissimo, solo Fininvest e rai, arredamento vecchio da pochi soldi, silenzioso, a parte qualche termite che scava la notte ( penso dal tetto). Riscaldamento era spento penso sia centralizzata, ma non avevamo freddo. Stendino, no lavatrice, no lavastoviglie, arredato da piatti e tutto il resto,cucina piano elettrico, frigo. C'è di meglio, ma il prezzo basso ( settembre).

Il residence si presenta esternamente carino come tutte le casette di Livigno,ha un parchetto con giochini per bambini (alcuni rovinati) ed è molto comodo al centro(poco più di 5minuti) La nota dolente è la pulizia. noi siamo stati in monolocale che è vecchio e fatiscente,ma la cosa che lascia molto a desiderare è la pulizia: totalmente assente. Intanto vecchie tende e sedute in stoffa conferiscono all' appartamento un tanfo tipico del vecchiume appena quando si entra. il finestrone che dà sull'ingresso è polveroso e sporco. ho spostato la TV indietro per poggiare roba nostra ed era pieno di polvere grossa rotolante così ho iniziato a igienizzare in giro perché non mi ispirava la pulizia. mia figlia spostava i comodini per giocare e anche li polvere e sporco.. il vassoio scolapiatti indecente! melma gialla vecchia che è venuta via subito e ha cambiato colore. Passando lo straccio sul fornello elettrico è diventato nero. alla sera mio marito con la bimba in braccio stava cadendo da una sedia che ha le barre scollate! quando siamo andati a letto abbiamo avuto difficoltà a chiudere uno degli scuri e lo abbiamo bloccato con un pezzo di cartone . lo scarico della doccia molto lento,si riempie e copre i piedi. un po' lento anche il lavandino Abbiamo riportato il tutto verso la fine del soggiorno perché prima non abbiamo avuto modo e la signora della reception impassibile ci ha risposto che non hanno mai avuto lamentele sulla pulizia (da TripAdvisor non si direbbe!) e che è la nostra parola contro la loro!! si è solo offerta di inviare un manutentore ma abbiamo rifiutato. Dulcis in fundo mia figlia ha perso una pallina sotto al letto e recuperandola abbiamo trovato,oltre allo sporco, delle istruzioni di un bollitore 🤣 Basterebbe una pulizia adeguata e poco investimento(cambio tende e sedie,piccolo mobilio fatiscente e manutenzione) per rendere questi appartamenti accoglienti. Senz'altro le donne delle pulizie troveranno l'appartamento più pulito di come ce lo hanno consegnato. Peccato.

Residence molto comodo per il centro e con ampio parcheggio. Appartamento grande con tutti i comfort ed un bel terrazzino. Prezzo buono per Livigno ad agosto! Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma convenzionato con ristoranti.

Cosa non va: - arredamento antico e insufficiente - la porta del bagno è corrosa - la doccia presenta crepe nella stuccatura delle mattonelle - termostato regolato su 24 °C fisso senza possibilità di regolazione - stoviglie sporche - mancanza di un comodino al fianco del letto - mancanza di un divanetto o poltrona per rilassarsi - isolamento acustico inesistente, si sente addirittura la lavastoviglie in funzione dell'appartamento adiacente -porta di ingresso al palazzo completamente guasta - telecomando tv mancante - telo trovato sporco (sostituito) Cose positive: -Fermata skibus davanti all'appartamento -parcheggio
