Rooms are very small, construction work being carried out next door. Staff in the restaurant are very good. Food good, need to ask for pescatarian. Dining room, dark, very hot, when we were there the buffet was over ran by kids. Wrong end of town for local amenities.

Hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel because there is a swimming pool. All the rest is 3-star level. Breakfast, diner, rooms, … Hygiene in the restaurant is 1 star. dirty textiles from dinner are not replaced and reused for breakfast. Disgusting Ski locker room is a complete mess and dates of the middle ages. Thee sevice and hospitality of the bar tender is excellent.

Ruhige Lage mit ruhigen Zimmern. Gute Pizza für erschwingliche Preise.
Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit zur Schuhablage. Es wäre schön gewesen, hätte man die dreckigen, nassen Schuhe so abstellen können, dass sie nicht das Zimmer verdrecken oder im Weg stehen.

The best hotel in Livigno
Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and a well equipped wellness area. Great choice at breakfast and very professional and friendly staff. Despite being located on the main road the hotel is perfectly sound proof.

Struttura molto accogliente e famigliare. Il personale gentile, cordiale e disponibile. L’attenzione per il cliente è al top. Tutto lo staff, sia i camerieri, sia il personale della reception e la direttrice accolgono sempre con piacere e cortesia. Donato ci stupisce sempre, facendo il possibile per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Tutte le camere e i locali della struttura sono puliti e impeccabili. Si percepisce il valore aggiunto nella cura dei dettagli che ne aumentano la qualità. Il ristorante offere una cucina ampia e di ottimo livello. Consigliatissimo per chi ricerca un soggiorno rilassante a Livigno. Noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Caterina e Arturo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, la struttura ben organizzata e pulita e l’area SPA davvero ottima per una serata di relax. Assolutamente consigliato
