Een 4+ sterren hotel waardig, het beschikt over alle mogelijke faciliteiten. Wij zijn klant sinds de opening in 2006 en kwamen voor de 29ste keer naar Lac Salin en het ligt in onze bedoeling dit nog vele jaren verder te zetten. Kamers zijn ruim, van alle comfort voorzien en geven een prachtig zicht op de pistes en hebben een terras dat ZW is georiënteerd. Het ontbijt en diner zijn zeer goed, verzorgd en opgediend door goed en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het binnenzwembad met aangrenzende SPA zijn een pluspunt. Het hotel ligt op de skipiste en beschikt over een zeer goed uitgeruste ski ruimte. Verder te vermelden de grote binnen garage met aansluiting voor elektrische wagens.Het voornaamste is het feit dat je als klant door zowel het management als het personeel zeer vriendelijk en professioneel wordt bediend.

Very nice hotel Ski-in Ski-out!
Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort.
Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow.

Tutto molto bello. Personale molto gentile. Hotel di lusso, con atmosfera molto accogliente ed elegante. Ottima posizione per sciare e vista sulle montagne. Pulito e camera grande e molto comoda. Spa e piscina da favola. Tutto molto bene e consigliato. Se posso permettermi, migliorerei la cucina, nella preparazione dei cibi e nella varietà proposta. Al momento, la cucina non e’ - secondo me - all’altezza della qualità elevata della struttura. Anche l’organizzazione del perosonale di sala (gentilissimo), dovrebbe essere implementata. Colazione molto bene. Nel complesso, esperienza graditissima e da rifare. Grazie a tutto lo staff. Davvero bella vacanza. ps: qualche grado in più per la piscina interna non farebbe male :-)

Avevamo prenotato questo hotel per 6 notti, ma al secondo giorno siamo tornati a casa. Vado ad elencare che cosa ho trovato: la SPA tanto pubblicizzata con foto che la facevano apparire stupenda, è piccola e nemmeno soddisfacente in quanto nel bagno turco il vapore esce a sprazzi e quella che dovrebbe essere la biosauna alle erbe ha una temperatura pari alla zona esterna. Nella camera il dispositivo di allarme incendio è stato coperto, forse per ovviare ad un cattivo funzionamento; la strada di accesso all’hotel era una lastra di ghiaccio che rendeva arduo raggiungere l’ingresso dell’hotel. Infine voglio soffermarmi anche sul ristorante che propone antipasti a buffet molto scarsi ed un menù che in Valtellina non vorresti trovare; la seconda sera le proposte erano pasta alla Norma, mezze maniche cacio e pepe e trippa alla romana pessima e mal cucinata. Ma che ne è della brasaola, i pizzoccheri, il ragù di cervo o la polenta? Credo proprio che le mie prossime vacanze saranno ben lontane da qui.

Great expirience,very nice hotel with excellent spa,including big swimming pool . Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Stuff are plesent and always with smile. Location is very close to gondola,you can go on skies to door. And,important,hotel is pet frendly.

Tutto fantastico. L'unica nota stonata la collazione, non per l qualità ma per la gestione dei tavoli. Spiace perché sia la sera che a pranzo il maitre ha fatto la differenza.
