Ingresso elegante ma nello stesso tempo tradizionale Montanino camera piccolina però confortevole con un bel bagno pulito privato anche la stanza e gli spazi comuni erano molto Curati nell'ordine e nella pulizia la colazione abbondante e ottima sia dolce che salata per cui lo consiglio vivamente

Hotel in posizione ottima, praticamente sulle piste del Doss 18 , stanze piccole ma pulite , personale molto cordiale. A 20 minuti dal centro di Livigno , dall’hotel passano tutte le linee degli autobus , questo mi ha permesso di raggiungere in pochi minuti tutte le destinazioni

Hotel molto funzionale per la posizione, molto pulito, camere funzionali, calde e pulite. Personale estremamente gentile dalla reception al ristorante. Ristorante La Pioda sotto l'hotel il migliore di Livigno. Prima volta a Livigno e ritornerò sicuramente sia all'hotel Asrra che al ristorante la Pioda. Eccellente

This is a very basic hotel , the lobby and face of the hotel is beautiful witb a gorgeous fairy lit restaurant part but the rooms are ugly and dated ( 90s) small and cramped . There was only 2 sockets in our room 108 and that left us with stress to charge our devices , use tv/hairdryer 🙄the shower was so cramped you had to slide in sideways and the soap kept running out . No kettle or fridge which is a must is a small room in the alps . The breakfast was nice enough but lots of processed food very little was actually prepared except some fruit /breads , the egg lady was the most friendly in the hotel with others a bit aloof although think that is because they knew lil English . There was no body of water to relax in after skiing , should be a bath at least in the rooms or maybe a jacuzzi in the freezing cold wellness area . Very mediocre hotel despite its facade on the outside . My husband loved the fire pit outside but I stand by the fur coat no knickers title ! Worth a mention too that we ate in the restaurant twice and both times they tried to shove us into the breakfast room part to eat , don’t know who they were trying to save the fairy lit restaurant for it was always half empty

Hotel in posizione comoda per lo sci. Camere un po’ vecchie (da rimodernare) ma pulite. All’arrivo la camera era fredda e non era nemmeno presente il frigobar che in un hotel a 3 stelle è una cosa che ti aspetti di trovare. Ragazze alla reception educate ma al nostro arrivo non ci sono nemmeno stati illustrati i sevizi dell’hotel, un po’ più di professionalità sarebbe stata gradita. Molto gentile invece ì quello che credo fosse il gestore che ha cercato di trovare una soluzione ad un problema che abbiamo avuto in camera. Si salva per la colazione che è veramente ottima. Una lode va data al ristorante: ambiente bellissimo, personale cordiale e cucina ottima, bravi.

We are regulars clients at Hotel Astra for several years and enjoy excellent service from the entire hotel staff each time. Very good breakfast - the hotel restaurant is excellent. Very good rate price/quality. Next year we will go again to hotel Astra.
