The hotel is located near the pier, but a 15 min walk from the city centre. It's convenient to go to the waterfront, The Museum of Liverpool and the bus station. Wifi is free and strong even in the room. Clean and tidy. Can open a bit of window. No breakfast included but Costa and Pret nearby. I walked around 50 minutes to Anfield. Quiet at night. But 2 fire alarms happened in 4 days I stayed. Staff said there was someone smoked in room! Love the big TV with Sky Sports channel which some of the PL matches can be watched. Also have a gym in 1/F

We really enjoyed our stay here, good location and nice big comfortable rooms with enough space being accessible, the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was great and the staff were lovely too.

hotel is located next to the central station, it is good for me to plan to visit any other places. The staff are helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay! It is a great play to stay for the price!

Nice breezy walk over at the dock, not too far from OneLiverpool, the shopping and easy access to find food. Staff is moderately friendly. In room amenities is of average but the basic is there. Was disappointed that my in room safe were not functioning. WiFi connection is good, never disappoint me as this is one important factor that I believe is for everyone in this era. Overall, value stay and would recommend if anyone looking for stay.

The service attitude is very good. I arrived in the early morning and it was no problem as there was someone to serve me. Check in. The room is quiet, tidy and clean. There is a lot of space.

Clean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

Absolutely perfect stay exactly where we wanted to be. Staff were helpful friendly. Rooms We're lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need.

First of all the location is fantastic, looks vintage on the appearance. We also got the early check in when our room is available. However, the cleanliness for the room is awful, and the painting in the room is faded away. bedsheet is very old.

LLee AyliffeGreat hotel in an excellent location behind lime Street station. Staff on check-in were extremely helpful and friendly as were all the other staff members. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot and the bath big. English Breakfast was delicious although not the biggest buffet the quality was amazing .The room could do with a fridge but aside from that everything was perfect for us and we will definitely be back again

NNikki500Had an amazing stay here the staff were lovely and we had an amazing sized room with everything that we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The location was really quiet and we got the room for a really reasonable price especially as it was a Christmas stay I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The tableware and facilities themselves feel a bit dirty
Close to the pub, it is good to go out to play, but it is not recommended to go out at night because the surrounding security is not so good

AAllanWe have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years always clean and tidy. Lovely big room beds are always comfy and clean with everything thing you need for a few nights stay. Albert Dock is just over the road or town a few minutes walk couldn't ask for more 👍

GGuest UserLocation is excellent close to albert docks and city center. Car park is limited. I was lucky ti get a spot right as we arrived, but it is very unlikely. Parking fee is extra. The room was good but when you have a shower the water seem to flood the bathroom. I think there was a missing seal on the shower screen. Breakfast was ok with everything you would expect. All in all good value if it wasn't for the Open Championship being held at the Royal Liverpool.

On the plus side the room was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent.
On the other hand the rooms are very small, the shower door leaked and the air conditioning unit was very noisy (sounded like air bubbling in the unit). We reported the noise and were informed it was the same in all rooms.
I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat at the hotel.
