Harrisons Aparthotel Liverpool

The apartment is situated in a great location. It’s central to great bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a bit of road house, bus earplugs are provided. It’s also very warm in the main room during the day. from our initial arrival we encountered many issues. As we entered the apartment, there was broken glass left on the floor which one of us cut one of our feet on. Then, we realised our apartment booked for 9 people only had 4 single beds and two double sofa beds. We only had enough plates, bowls cutlery for 6 people. Despite having a kitchen, there are no sharp knives, no tea towels, no oven gloves etc. we were cooking some food for before we went out and When we put the oven on, smoke poured out setting the fire alarms off. This obviously affected all of the people in the block of apartments and we needed someone to reset the system. Following this, we were delivered some more items for the kitchen whilst we were out. When we arrived back around midnight, our apartment front door was open. Whoever had delivered the extra stuff had left our room open. We had valuables such as phones, car keys, iPads and jewellery in the room that was left at risk. We were actually a bit nervous about entering in case someone was inside. I messaged the WhatsApp number as there’s no point calling the other numbers (no one answers) and they said security would come round to speak to us. Nobody came to see us. I wouldn’t stay here again. The place is lovely the room was perfect for what we needed however there is absolutely no care for the customer at all and it was a bit of a dampener on our hen do.

Great location, great apartment, beds comfy, clean and tidy. Had a great time. The only downside was the windows are single pain. You can hear everything outside, to the point I thought they were in the room with us. We were a party of 9 and no one slept well. Ear plugs are essential.

We had numerous problems accessing the apartment. On arrival, we could enter but after leaving to watch the Liverpool game and a number of us attempting to come back as we watched the game downstairs we were unable to as the code would not work to enter.We contacted the number to report it , which took numerous calls as no one would answer. Eventually we were told someone would come and fix the issue but we could not get in for at least 2 hours. We had to be at a party and had to leave not being able to access the apartment. I’m addition to this only bbc one and two on the tv worked while the wifi did not work at all during our stay. after contacting over 4 times via email on phone i have not received one reply

Fabulous apartment situated in the heart of the city centre. Clean and modern. Right next to Mathew st and Liverpool 1. Harrison’s bar underneath does amazing food. We had a 2 day stay and had breakfast and evening meal we stayed for the live music which was brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Great location, close to everything you would like to see, bars, restaurant and nightlife. Apartment was big, modern and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay, bar downstairs was ideal and served a really nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
