We booked a room in the Resident as it was near to Philharmonic Hall as we were going to a concert.
The location was excellent, great bars, shops and a really lovely safe and friendly area. A short walk to the Dock area and everything Liverpool has to offer.
The room was excellent, large, clean with the most comfortable bed ever!
Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and informative.
Would one hundred percent recommend and without doubt return to stay again.

We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. I have a disability so asked for a accessible room. Well all i can say is wow!! The room was very big, with a full wet room with slip mats, plenty of towels with shampoo conditioner and shower gel, (which wasn't the cheap stuff) a fridge microwave sink coffee machine kettle were all in our room but cleverly hidden in what looked like wardrobes.
Staff were outstanding in every way. We arrived with a card and chocolates on our table wishing my sister a happy birthday, Monday to Thursday they have an hour of free win or soft drinks in reception. The hotel was spotless lifts working at all times, we were close enough to all the bars and shops yet didn't hear any noise when in our room resting. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I'm honest Liverpool itself what a lovely lovely city!!!
Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Atour Hotel in the UK? Atour Hotel in the UK lacks toothbrushes, bottled water, slippers... The room has a coffee machine, but it's quite small, which is understandable in the UK. It's spring break now, so the price is a bit high, I don't know how it's on weekdays.

Very industrial style, lovely staff, friendly vibe. We would recommend it. It locates in Liverpool soho area, please be aware it would be busy at night if you decide to stay in the weekend.
