We couldn’t use the hot water on 27 dec- 28 dec (1 day) because of the boiler issue.

Very noisy from the pub downstairs where the bass and the music goes straight to your bedroom. The rooms are very small and the beds too. You can’t fit two adult’s in their “double beds”. Very much not a recommendation. The staff are somewhat friendly, but the WiFi is also non existent and the tv don’t work.

One night in Liverpool
Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean with plenty of room for one night. Tea and coffee available and plenty of clean towels. The bed was comfortable, but slightly small so would go for a bigger bed next time.
