Stay there for two days, each person £70 in a triple room with a private bathroom. Room space is big, but the bathroom is a little bit small. Especially the shower, have difficulty turning around. Great to see they provide a small electric fan. It's a little help for heat in summer. Condition of pillows is not good. Too flat, and the bed sheets seem not to clean. The sofa inside the common living room very dirty and the floor very sticky. Besides these, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Also, the location is great, bus station is just outside the street, and it is easy to and from the airport. Walking distance to heart of city center, lots of restaurants and bars.

The reception was very warm and friendly; we were decked out in our Pride gear so it was much appreciated. The room, if a bit hot, was spotless and very comfortable, with pretty good sound-proofing which kept the noise from the club next door to a minimum.

Stayed at Cocoon in a double room for a night out in Liverpool. Every single member of staff I spoke to during my stay (3 total) was kind, welcoming and genuinely lovely. I was able to check in early, which was great. Instructions for working the room key were clear. The room was underground but free WiFi was provided to help with signal. Everywhere was lovely and clean with all the essentials. The TV only had 5 channels but we were there for a day/night out so didn't need it on anyway. Handy location meant everything we wanted was in walking distance. We parked just round the corner for a long stay, which was fine. Although we didn't need any help, I felt like we could have asked reception at any time if we required it. Easy checkout in the morning. Fantastic value for money and would definitely stay again!

The cocoon apartment was lovely and cosy, bed very comfortable. It was nice and quiet, few bars close by. Only 10 mins walk into the city centre. Would definitely stay again. The only things I would have liked are some basics like salt, pepper and sauces, some washing up liquid and t towels as only there a couple of days and didn't want to be buying them but that's just me being picky, otherwise I can't fault it.

Stayed here for two nights last week to see the Springsteen show at Anfield. Room was in the basement, so no windows, but I like that. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Shower was great, although the shower head could have done with a clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. This place doesn't do breakfast, they recommend a cafe at the top of Bold Street, Bar Tabac, which did one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. It's an uphill hike from Lime Street Station, so I'd recommend getting an Uber or taxi there. I'd stay there again, so that's a positive vote

Brilliant apartment. Very clean and comfortable! Nice and quiet. Love the double doors! Staff friendly and efficient. Cant believe how cheap it was! Bed was super comfy. Large tv with apps etc on. 20 walk/5min in uber to the Baltic triangle. Perfect will definitely be back!
