I loved the service, the staff, and the breakfast. The room was a bit small. The bathroom’s sink was too close to the door opening. Disabled parking at hotel was very limited and had to rely on public disability parking, was sometimes a few streets down.

Good location, convenient transportation, fully functional room! The kitchen has everything you need. Bread maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, tableware set, induction cooker, coffee machine! First choice for family travel!

I really liked this place and I’d go back again when in Liverpool. The room was a decent size with a well-equipped kitchen area. Staff were pleasant. It is on a bit of a back street but really close to the waterfront and to James Street station. Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator. It made some very scary noises.

Had a little trouble with waiting around for a while at the desk for help, apart from that, I was very impressed with the size and quality of the room. All services were clean and accessible.
