Room's nice and big

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom had toiletries , towels were nice Checked in 2 hours early , cost £15 , the room was ready so I don’t understand the extra cost. Car park opposite had a good discount. We ate in the restaurant, food was good and fast service, servers were really nice, very attentive. We moved to the bar , staff who served us were slow, not attentive , bar drinks were limited, no port, brandy and coke was more brandy and soda, looked like the cola syrup had dried up and not changed , I have stayed in Premier Inns before, always good selection of hot drinks in the room, we had 2 teabags sugar and milk, there was more by reception, still not much choice Not value for money , less than 24 hour stay cost more than £200

I’d like to commend and compliment Ellie and Tiegan at the Premier Inn, Liverpool City Centre, Moorfields Hotel. From the moment I arrived a warm welcome was received. It was clear they are both committed to good service detail even when busy. It’s the little things. Both ladies took care of things I asked for and those little details I didn’t - from serving drinks to ensuring the food, timing and end of evening was just perfect. They deserve to be recognised. Lovely to see service management in practice. Thank you ladies :-)

The service was impeccable especially from Ryan L he was superb in everything he did for us from helping up get an extra seat to accompany 5 of us round a table and was wonderful with his chosen words when serving us at the bar definitely a keeper absolutely amazing experience because of this guy.

Great location. Good facilities. But air-con not working. Breakfast can be good value, but we went down at 10am and the food wasn't fresh, the bacon and sausages were greasy and there was no eggs available. The bread had run out fir toasting and hadn't been replaced. So, therefore, we didn't find the Breakfast good value.
