The room need some renovation. But the location is super good, close to the ACC Liverpool. It’s perfect for conference stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Although the room was a little worn out, it was generally clean and all the amenities were there ready for use.
The staffs were all very kind and friendly.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
I'll definitely choose to stay again if I have to visit Liverpool in the future.

Leonardo Hotels carry a brand name and I have stayed at Leonardo previously and hence I chose to book again but this time the room carpet was a complete mess. Full of brown stains near the area connecting the toilet. The room had a tiny balcony which was a let down as well. Location was good but cleanliness was pathetic. I even shot a video of the unhygienic carpet. After a long day and staying just for a night didn't hage the energy to ask for another room. Wouldn't recommend Leonardo anymore.
