Be very careful booking this hotel they cancelled my booking 2 weeks before my stay saying the charged me incorrectly and they tripled the room charge so I was left with either paying that or finding another hotel I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all and am now without somewhere to stay and other hotels have gone up in price

Great stay
apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Cinema room is an added bonus as is the terrace on a sunny day. Would stay again.

Apartment with an an amazing view
Amazing apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. Great location too.
Would suggest some fans for the bedrooms, was very hot at night & although we left windows open, the wind whistled through the apartment & the doors were rattling too.
Also the water temperature in the shower in the blue bedroom stayed too hot so we couldn’t use that shower, not a huge issue as there was two but you might want to check for future guests.
Having said that we would definitely stay again & will recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool.

Very nice apartment once we finally got the keys to gain access. Not a normal check in experience, keys left in a key nest which you recieve a code for via email to open it, probably a good idea in theory but it would help if keys where actually in the safe! After a few phone calls we finally got the room keys. The apartment was very nice, modern, well equipped & clean. The only issue we found with the accommodation was it was like a sweat box! There was no control over the thermostat settings and the heat was unbearable. After speaking to other guests they voiced same problem with one saying they had to sleep with a bag of ice in bed! Apart from this good accommodation & central to all amenities.
