The hotel location is very convenient. The facility is ok and the hygiene is good. But cannot feel any warm welcome from the service staff. Just finish the check in and check out process without any smile.

The room was uncomfortably cold at night due to non-adjustable central heating. The shower design caused water to leak all over the floor, no matter how careful we were. We found a black hair on the bathroom floor and reported it, but it was never cleaned. On arrival, our room door was left half open, and we found used napkins in the bathroom — only removed after we complained. There was also a large, dirty industrial air purifier in the room, which staff claimed was normal, though it took up space and looked unpleasant. Overall, the experience was far from what we expected.

The location is perfect for solo traveling. Great service. Easy to check in. But remember to bring toothpaste and toothbrush. They don’t provide it.

Just come back after a 4night stay at the maldron Hotel in Liverpool wow.. hotel near to Albert dock Liverpool one shopping and city centre. Room modern and very clean. staff very friendly and always on the go nothing 2 much trouble. Food good value and plenty of choice especially breakfast time. Very modern hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff were exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located for all the amenities and attractions. The dining menu is very good and value for money.

Stayed here end of July on a one night business trip Found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and with rooms particularly quiet at night also Breakfast was good, lots of choice too Would highly recommend either for business or pleasure if visiting the City
