The front desk was very welcoming, but the family room was very small. The room is clean and the location is very good. It's in the city center. It's only a ten-minute walk to Chinatown and a few minutes to take photos at the port.

We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and stayed in the Family Studio which has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Very clean and well designed rooms in an excellent location smack in the middle of Liverpool 1. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Only downside was that the room did not have a refrigerator.

Very good. It’s my first time staying in an apartment-style hotel. I didn’t expect it to be such a good experience. The room is of suitable size, clean and tidy, the front desk has a warm attitude, and there is free coffee and breakfast, and most importantly, a 50-pound deposit is required to check out on the spot the next day. It will be refunded to you, unlike many hotels in the UK that are so disgusting that they either refuse to refund or wait a month to refund. The location is also super convenient. There are major shopping malls just downstairs. It is convenient to go anywhere, including the train station and Lime Street. Convenient, will go again.

This hotel has great location, rooms are beautiful, check in and out so easy. Lovely comfortable huge beds and stylish bathroom. Also - proper filter coffee "bags" and biscuits in room, don't always get these with rooms this price.

Sister of the Hope Street hotel. So expect beautiful rooms and comfy beds. No restaurant or bars, but there is a free breakfast if you wanted it. Great location and super friendly staff.

Hotel is in a great central location for shopping, restaurants and not far from the Albert Dock area. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly be back.

Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping in central Liverpool. I was concerned that noise from the street would be an issue but it was minimal and I slept really well. Temple Spa products lovely, bed super-comfortable. Self-serve hot drinks and pastries for breakfast were good quality and convenient, there are plenty of options nearby if you want a more substantial breakfast.
