Hotel is close to Destiny mall. Clean room and but mattress needs to be updated or changed. Using rhe bed with my daughter, as she moves, the bed is moving too. only portable AC was working. swimming pool was temporarily closed. Plenty of parking spots is good thing. Bath tub draining bad.

Bathtub had exploded! Heard a loud bang and thought was in hallway. Then started smelling this horrible smell, so went and looked. The bathtub had exploded! The sewer had backed up into the bathtub and exploded all over the bathroom! No ice machines, no kitchen. Ice was in bucket in lobby so anybody could have had thier hands in it! Breakfast was lacking. Overall, just not a pleasant experience!

Worst one yet...very rude nothing as advertised...no a/c...very loud all night long. Doors slamming. Teens in the hallways yelling and banging on doors. People stealing doordash orders. Just one of the worst experiences ever will never stay here again

Booked 2 rms for 3 nights at $973. Asked to check out 1 day early. Was given a price of $1,600.00 to check out. I then asked to move up the check in date by 1 day (3 nights), and was given a price of $1,600.00. Still confused on the $627 increase. I asked this question days before checking in... Just terrible. I booked 2 rms separately at $150 per night. The rooms were dirty, 1 rm was at 76 degrees, beds too soft, stain on the fabric chairs. Furniture seem to have been spray painted. It rubbed off after trying to clean it. The windows were locked open due to the time of yr (up state NY) had plenty dead bugs between the glass. The sheets had few spots on them. Just awful!!!

In the interest of finding at least one positive, it was a very nice touch to have frosted sugar cookies in the front lobby, when we arrived for check-in; in the school colors of the local university where our son was graduating from, during our stay. Beyond that, oh my, where do I begin? This hotel, recently re-opened?, should not be open. Upon check-in, during which a card I didn’t even present or use for the booking was charged for the room, the desk employee remarked “just so you know, the a/c is seasonal, it might get a little steamy from the shower, and it takes a minute to get hot water”. Translation: the a/c in the room was not working, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, but surprisingly, hot water came-out w no delay. A couple ahead of us at the desk reported that their room would not lock, to which the desk employee responded, “are you going out right now? We’ll have it fixed by the time you get back”. When we got up to our room, ours wouldn’t lock either. So we had to call someone to have them come-up and re-set it? Then, when we arrived back later in The evening, our door key wouldn’t open the door. The pool was drained. The grounds were unkempt. And although kind, front desk staff were unprofessional (dressed in sweats and using slang), unknowledgeable, and seemingly untrained. Note to owners: do NOT open a large hotel when you are unable or unwilling to dedicate the funds to properly doing so, believing you are going to open to generate the funds to properly run said hotel, because folks will surely NOT come back. I don’t expect the Ritz Carlton at the $137 price point, however a/c, working doors, professional front desk staff, and a bathroom fan would’ve been nice.

We stayed for my nephews birthday and got rooms next door to my brother& sister. I had just given my sons a bath, obviously had used the beds to dress my youngest, and sat on, laid on. My sons were watching tv on the beds. (3mo & 4yr) I call the front desk to ask them if they could bring some pillowcases because the pillow cases look pretty roughed up, the pillows look slept on. Mind you, we weren’t there long at this point, had just gotten back from the mall and got straight to the baths. Just to be safe- . I get ready to pull the blankets back and there is BODY HAIR in the bed. EW. Not just one strand. And like dirt at the bottom of the sheets. Looked like dirty feet maybe? Imagine what else would be there! Either way. I call back. Asked them to just come change all the sheets and everything please. I was hoping it was just a mistake. Politely told them this room did not seem like it was cleaned and whomever the woman was at the front desk then tells me- I kid you not- “oh yeah that’s because you were checked into a dirty room” IM SORRY WHAT?! I told her “ma'am what do you mean dirty? I’ve had my children in here on these beds.. what happens now? Is someone coming to clean it? What are you going to do?” No, she says, “we’ve got to put you in another room either way so I guess that’s what I’m going to do” I tell her we are here with family and would like a room on this same floor or close. They put us at the opposite end of the hotel. They made no attempt to rectify this. No refunds, no discounts, NO APOLOGY. Just attitude. My husband was the one to go speak to her personally. At this point, I’m so frustrated and feeling so walked on I just want to go home. He said he would handle it in the morning. We slept on it. Well, tried. Even if it weren’t for the couple having ‘relations’ all night.. LOUDLY.. I stayed awake most of the night. We didn’t enjoy one minute we stayed there. My family was put directly in filth and possible contamination from I dunno ANYTHING ?! And we paid them to do it. No, nothing became of this. It’s July now, nearly a month later, it still keeps me up at night that this hotel staff was so careless to put us in there.. and so arrogant as to how they “handled it” after. It took a lot for me to not let them have it at the front desk at check out time but ..what would that have done for me?? Im not even 100% who the person was or whose fault directly is was.. and my kids were there. My husband convinced me to just let it go. We had plans and I didn’t want to start the day off like that.. but the more I have been sitting with it- the more I feel like something-ANYTHING should be done to rectify this. I’m so saddened by the way this all played out. My sons, my family, we matter. This hotel made us feel like we didn’t. We were just another dollar sign. I’m sure they don’t mind that we will never be staying there again but you know what? You should, morally, you really should. I sincerely hope nobody else has to go through this

This hotel was nice, but it is the pool with a section that is 9 feet deep and shared with the adjoining hotel that makes this location. The proximity to a Tesla charger was also a great feature making our road trip go even smoother. An included breakfast would have been nice, but I was just as happy to get bite at our next stop. Was surprised how small the bathroom was in our two queen bed room.

A few issues here for sure. First of all ... DON'T BOOK THROUGH A THIRD PARTY LIKE *******.... CALL DIRECT We paid for breakfast and they said we didn't...... I was proven on the last day and now getting our money back is a pain in the A$$ WANT INTERNET IN THE ROOMS?.... forget it. They don't have it. They tell everyone the same "they're working on it"....... Internet only works in the lobby ROOMS ARE VERY DATED. We asked for a cott.......... what an embarrassment. the sag in the middle of the mattress was about 4-5 inches WASHROOMS IN THE ROOMS.... smallest I've seen in a long time. there is barely enough room to stand in them. For a Ramada, I was very surprised Pool was good.. THE CABLE IN THE ROOMS...... complete crap.... our tv and others we talked to all said the same thing.... It freezes constantly
