Hotels booked during the total solar eclipse in the United States are very expensive at more than 2,400 per night. The key is that they cannot be booked~ The key point is that it is still cloudy in the town of Liverpool on the day of the total solar eclipse. It is not recommended to book if traveling

Arrived late in the evening. Staff was very welcoming and even offered assistance in locating a service location for our car. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

We stayed only one night as passing thru on a mets/golfing trip. The front desk was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room was in great shape and location was close to everything. It also included great breakfast. Would stay again.

This place is old and needs to be updated. The room was clean and it was quiet, but the furniture and layout is long past its prime. The heater makes so much noise, it sounds like a big garbage truck so we shut it off at night! The breakfast was somewhat pathetic. No regular milk for the coffee. The waitresses worked hard to replenish things though and were very nice. The oatmeal was icky looking like it had been there a while and no additions for the oatmeal like raisins etc. No cartons of yogurt. Sausage was good and large bread choice. Nice strawberries. Only 3 not so good cereal choices. And the main elevator was broke the whole while we were there and before. Where are the newspapers?!

Prior to my family trip we booked with the hotel. We spent the day traveling with our two younger children one of which is an infant and the other special needs. Our flight got in late and so upon arrival at the hotel around 2am we checked in only to walk into a room that was not clean. The room had a shower that wasn’t working properly, came out the spout and the shower head, the bed sheets were dirty and stained, the carpet on the floor by the bedside had a blood stain, there were numerous pills on the floor along with trash that looked like it was a pumpkin seed, found a cap to a needle syringe, a coin penny on the floor. They also had a note on the table stating the room would need to be accessed for lighting maintenance. I’m supposed to be on vacation and come in to a disgusting room only to immediately check back out. Let alone staff needs to be in there at some point which is an inconvenience as my kids still nap. My kids were hysterical after a day of traveling and expecting to sleep, instead had to be loaded back in the car to drive to another hotel at 2:30am. The safety concerns and overall cleanliness is unacceptable. I immediately checked out after getting a hassle from the front desk. Called numerous times through my stay and have yet to have the issue resolved with my refund. The following day I was also charged an extra $100. So in total for a place I didn’t even stay was $1,018 and taxes. I would never recommend this place other than to tell others to never stay at this hotel. The general manger Michelle has yet to refund me or even contact me after I’ve reached out. Esther at the front desk said it’s in review but there’s nothing to review as I have photos minus the note. I had to pay another $900 last minute for another hotel out of pocket when I was supposed to be promised a clean place to stay originally.

My suite had a complete kitchenette with dishwasher & toaster & 2-burner stovetop. Really marvelous. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Nice breakfast. Great staff!
