I originally booked a room with breakfast, but the hotel said there was no breakfast, which was not very pleasant. I chose this hotel because it is an InterContinental hotel. Fortunately, Ctrip finally communicated and made amends.

Shout out Christiana for her great hospitality and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make my stay great, and even grabbed ice for me to make sure my needs and sweet tooth was satisfied during my midnight snack.

The breakfast was very good, made fresh which not a lot of hotels do these days. It was quiet at night so I didn’t wake up several times like I did at motel 6. And the crew are very friendly. We will be back

The entire staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, cool and quiet. Jenni and Drele took great care of us at breakfast. The omelettes were a hit! Breakfast area was clean. Pool area was well maintained as well and the kids enjoyed an evening swim. Thanks for everything!!
