Good value for money. Convenient location to outlets, good security, and next to Costco. The room has a large refrigerator, microwave and tableware, so you can heat up the food you buy from Costco in your room.

There were ants and an earwig in the shower. We called down to the front desk and she said "Well I can try to find a new room for you, which would be hard since you have 2 queens, or I can come up there and take care of them." We took care of it ourselves then when we got back the next evening, there were SO MANY ANTS on the bed and in the shower but not in the garbage or tables that had food and sweets. We called down and the guy seemed very nonchalant about a bed covered in ants. The following morning the front desk got VERY defensive and made it out like it was OUR fault ants were in the room. She said that "Well we told you to vacate the room so we could treat the room." That was never said to us at all. One of the people in my party has a bad phobia of ants and it triggered a panic attack. This is not the Hilton Way.

The ONLY issue I had was that the shower was not hot enough to suit me. But that is a personal preference so it does not effect my opinion of this establishment as a whole. We were in town for a swim event at Las Positas and I chose this hotel for proximity and price. It was right around the corner from the college, Costco right next door and within 10 minutes of EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine. I reccomend taking the frontage roads and not the freeway. Way less stress and easy. Room was beyond my expectations. Mini kitchen, a ton of room, clean, quiet. MUST STAY! 10 stars!
