Ожидания сильно подвели... фотографии не соответствуют действительности!!! Здание действительно 1963 года постройки..и этим многое сказано... Ремонт пытались сделать, но что-то пошло не так..дизайнер подвёл! А исполнители ремонта это вообще отдельные личности. Клей выступает из всех швов обоев, шпаклёвка отвратительно не доделана особенно в ванной комнате заметно. Персонал нужно уволить Весь!!! Уборка не проводилась не до, не после, не во время...Мусорное ведро отсутствует, фен пришлось выпрашивать... уборка обещанная каждый день не проводилась за 5 дней проживания ни разу. (Один раз вынесли наш пакет с мусором на третий день...и на том спасибо). При заселении увидели оборванные шторы на обеих окнах и одну зубную щётку на двоих... Единственное что понравилось это качественная дорогая мебель и сантехника. Матрац был сломан с обеих сторон....благо что не скрипел..., Но спать на нём было очень не приятно... Отопление в виде сплит системы работает плохо, видно профилактику давно не делали... Единственное что порадовало это расположение!! Ливадийский дворец за забором...но выезжать только на этом...
