On the second night of our stay, the TV suddenly stopped working. The customer service lady solved the problem quickly and accurately. She told us that it might be caused by the wifi reception. We restarted it and it was fixed immediately. After leaving the hotel, we found that we forgot to take a towel left in the closet. We called the front desk and they replied to me in less than 5 minutes and immediately arranged for SF Express to send it back. It is not a traditional big-name five-star hotel, but it is really run with great care. It is better than some hotels under the five-star flag. It is definitely the best value for money. Really disappointed with this hotel. First, it's called the Five Star Pedestrian Street Store, but it's actually 1.5 kilometers away from the pedestrian street, and you have to cross the river. Those reviews also say that it's very close to the Five Star Pedestrian Street, but Liuzhou is not that big, so this is not close. Second, the bedsheets were obviously not clean when we entered. We asked to change the bedsheets but they said they didn't have sheets of this size. We had to change rooms and pack our luggage again. Third, and most outrageous, we were told that hot water would only be available after 8pm! As a result, he didn't come until nine o'clock, and the hot water was not available until around half past nine. I went in to take a shower and almost caught a cold. The next morning there was only warm water. This is really a city. It has been a long time since I encountered a situation without 24-hour hot water. Sigh!
