首次入住貴店，各方面都很滿意。窗外就是柳江及隔江的商業街。夜晚燈光齊放，在音樂噴泉的配合下，讓人彷彿沉浸在幸福浪漫的夢想中。前台服務熱情，停車管理服務周到。特別對外地長者免費乘車，體現了柳州公交的開放，包容與友善。

酒店大堂大氣，電梯乾乾淨淨，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，傢俱時尚，配有沙發和圓桌，床上用品舒適，摺疊、收納規範，衞生間乾濕分區，淋浴房很大，熱水充足，洗浴品配置比較高檔，電吹風很貼心可以自由較長時間沖頭。早餐質量值得肯定，多種糕點加麪點、粗糧、米粉以及四五種蔬菜肉食，是難得的高配置營養早餐，這在酒店中特別是中檔酒店中實屬不多見。酒店還配有專門停車場，雖是地下停車庫但是停車無憂，這對於自駕出遊的人特別友好。前台妹妹熱情親切，有問必答，令人舒服。酒店對面就是沿江公園，酒店天時地利人和兼具，是一次非常棒的入住體驗。

酒店位置很好找，打車就到酒店門口，前台熱情，服務態度好，安排了江景房，風景很好，有洗衣房，停車場，性價比高。住了三次了，真的很推薦，樓下也有很多美食很方便
