衝著貴去的，結果要啥沒啥。
該店乘車衹能由地下停車場到達，酒店沒任何提醒，我們乘車轉了近2小時找不到地方，中途打了酒店電話詢問都沒人發給我們位置，最後下車拉着行李到處找才找到。
到達酒店放行李，累了想喝水，一看沒有，找前台問了才補過來。
放好行李後去外面逛了逛，晚上11點回酒店準備休息，結果沒拖鞋，打了前台10多個電話無人接聽。後來終於有人接聽了。
想想就先洗漱吧，打開洗漱台抽屜，除了一個空盒子，牙刷、梳子等啥都沒有，這下覺得不對勁了，把床品翻開下，全是睡過的褶皺，根本沒換！
致電前台後雖説給換了房間，新房間卻又出現個不明物體，看得心裏發毛！佩服前台小姐姐，徒手給摳掉解決了。
折騰一晚上，啥心情都沒有了，説好的歡迎水果也沒了，1000多一晚的房間就這體驗，非常差！

酒店位置很好，環境也可以。就是有兩個缺點希望酒店能重視，一是設施不夠完善，例如衞生間的窗簾關不上，容易走光被有心人裝看，二是隔音效果太差，門口就是商業街人多熱鬧，在房間裏跟外面是一樣一樣的。

第一次來柳州，住到了非常滿意的酒店！裝修古色古香，老闆有好多收藏擺件。房間裏也乾淨整潔，挑高非常高，住得很寬敞舒適～重點是前台姐姐們和阿姨們都特別友善，服務也很周到，最後離開的時候還一路送到了車上。非常好的體驗～下次來一定還住這家！！！
