環境：沒有怪味 沒有小卡片 安全可靠
服務：每次入住都很貼心 金鑰匙小胖棒棒噠～打掃衞生的阿姐也很親切^_^

首先要給大堂服務員小胖點贊，熱情有禮。然後是客房部楊管家和黃管家，看到我們帶着小朋友，主動送來小童拖鞋、小童洗漱用品，真的很周到。賓館位置極好，樓下就是商場和步行街，離博物館等景點也近，步行可達。房間乾淨衞生，住得舒適。下次來柳州還會選擇這兒~

我們是一行六人來柳州玩的。定了柳州賓館這家酒店。辦手續後有個叫小胖的服務生熱情地幫我們把行李運到了各個房間。晚飯後我們回到房間又有人給我們送過來水果及甜點。這裏住宿的條件更沒的説，房間乾淨整潔，交通便利，出門就是步行街和小吃一條街。不錯的酒店，點贊👍

酒店地點很好找，離柳州各個景點和步行街等都非常近出行比較方便，酒店的整體環境乾淨衞生，房間也比較乾淨整潔，浴室水壓穩定，調節也比較簡單，工作人員的態度也非常好，有個別設施比較老舊，但也在可接受範圍，畢竟這家酒店也有一定歷史了，總的來説這次入住體驗還是非常滿意的[愉快]有機會來柳州的話會再次選擇這家
