設施：有點老舊，但是功能還挺齊全，有USB充電插座，外賣機器人可以送幫送，

服務：酒店大堂的大叔能幫我拿行李，前台提醒了我可以免費用的健身房，洗衣房。免費停車有點麻煩你，每次出去都要到前台報車牌。

非常enjoyable 的入住體驗，還得是江景房啊！旁邊一大片綠植環繞！市政府市民廣場盡收眼底，裝修老錢風，賓客關係小敏Lucky （雖然沒有見面，文字都給到“賓至如歸”感！還有前台接待一箇中年男子（不知道名字）給酒店的“軟裝修”boost 了一個level！以及入住體驗比凱悦舒服，凱悦實在太高了，電梯坐得耳鳴，早餐也比凱悦好吃太多了！尤其煎培根🥓跟生菜一起吃，超絕！柳州吃得最好的早餐。西餐做得很好！芝士土豆泥、意麪都很好吃，中餐沒那麼驚艷！大堂的火龍果芝士麪包也很好吃！一整個好評！下次還會選擇住這家！

酒店的管理服務沒得説，我有提出提前佈置房間的驚喜需要，服務員都能夠儘量滿足，整個溝通過程都很順利。早餐：起晚了沒有去吃，上到26樓時已經收餐差不多了，服務員主動詢問我、幫我解決了早餐問題，非常感謝！健身房：設備齊全，還有瑜伽室，有桑拿房，游泳池沒有游泳裝備沒去。洗衣房是露天的，很熱。退房的時候落了衣服在房間，酒店給我郵寄回來，很好。贊👍
