設施不錯，馬路兩旁可以停車晚上免費衞生乾淨，前台服務員熱情周到，有早餐有洗衣房，信價比很高，可惜沒拍酒店照片。

12月去延吉住的是漢庭優佳，想不到柳州也有店，就想着延吉店環境服務都很好，就試試柳州店，裝修風格一模一樣，但設施就一般般，我住的那房間電視是有問題的，wifi老是自動斷開，有時候連不上，浴室發現更噁心的，沐浴露下面那個託盤超級臟🤢，唯一的好就是外賣有機器人送上來

來旅遊，一到酒店，前台很熱情周到，辦理入住很耐心的給我講解房間朝向，進電梯刷房卡很有安全感，另外酒店真的很乾凈、服務人員都特別熱情，滿意的一次入住，前台接待服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助，很耐心的教我如何使用洗衣機烘乾機，給我推介了許多景點，美食，地理位置好，去哪裡都很方便，離公園很近，這裏離市中心也非常近，早餐味道好，客房服務很好，阿姨也很有禮貌，很用心 住的很安心！

意外之行，第一次來到柳州，入住這家酒店覺得很温馨。不管是地理位置還是軟件硬件，都非常好，首先説地理位置，靠近江濱公園，馬鞍山、雲峯山、窯埠古鎮，地理位置絕對優越，肥螺肥莊，五星步行街，音樂噴泉，絕對是必打卡。第三前台人員就是非常熱情，房間也乾淨衞生，早餐的話也很好吃，下次記得還要來打卡

衞生：還可以，就是可能是舊酒店改，下水道有點返味，一入房就聞到小小
環境：附近就是江邊食街，望着就是馬鞍山公園
