服務特別好，我們訂的山景房，窗外就是馬鞍山，特別美，客房每天主動打掃更換新的用具，第一天我們要求了四瓶礦泉水後面也提前幫忙放好了水，我們把房卡搞丟了一張，沒有第一時間要求賠償居然還主動問我們要不要多提供一張。很好的體驗，柳州人民真不錯！
