兩間房全部安排角房，一問就高高在上地回答就是沒有，房間小到離譜，行李箱打開後根本不能走人，下午茶甜品不會主動給你，問了就是沒有了，洗澡擺放浴品區衹能放下兩個瓶子，多一個都放不下，整個房間找遍了都沒有地巾，太差了，再也不會選擇這個品牌的酒店。

第一次入住柏曼連鎖酒店，體驗非常不好。預訂時候，顯示可以8點辦理入住，訂了兩間房，到店10點，前台説還沒有打掃出來，只有一間，那就先辦一間入住。這間房可能是這家酒店最差的房間，樓上是餐廳，隔壁是回收間、布草間，一晚上有各種異響隔音差不説，晚上洗手枱下面都是積水，不知道哪裡在漏水，下水道返味。我們怕冷，加一床被子，服務員就拿來一床被芯，連個被套都不給，説反正你們是加蓋用的！這服務！
有一説一，前台送了歡迎小禮品的！
